Hi Angie, we have always had limited income even when Ron was working but we always had enough and were satisfied with what we had, yes we gave too when motivated by God and there was always extra to do so, we had no savings but God provided.
Our home in Sydney was almost ready to be heritage listed and with being very old it had many flaws but it was home and we were very thankful for it but we found we had Termites and received a quote after inspection for 1,600 to remove them, we didn’t have this type of money but we asked the man if we could pay it off and then quiet unexpectedly, he said, if we could do the labour he would only charge us $600 we were so grateful, we couldn’t believe how kind he was, and it was his business, his bread and butter and we were complete strangers, God is so good. Thankfully the men in our Church family volunteered to dig the trenches with Ron and the Ladies and myself provided refreshments and Lunch.
We prayed about the $600 and were planning to borrow it but during that week 2 cheques arrived in the post one was anonymous, they added up to the full amount with $25.00 left over which we were able to pass on to help someone else.We have also had other amazing provision from God over the years.
No we can’t out give God.

Love it. I have many stories of how God has intervened for us in times of trouble, and I know He is always there. That doesn’t mean no troubles, it just means He’s there and works things out for our good – by His definition
May you have many more God Stories to share
In Him, Angie

We have a lot to give, but very rarely give all that we can. — God gave everything and yet we complain about the little we sacrifice.

Amen to that. That selfish sin nature keeps us seeking our own comfort, even when we’re trying to give sacrificially. So many want to get, not give, but it doesn’t work that way and only leads to disappointment for them. Thanks for coming by
